I have over 20 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage professional. After completing my Hotel Management studies at the Hospitality School in Zurich, Switzerland I continued to develop my career in the Hospitality Industry working within many prestigious venues, including 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen. My extensive experience includes some of best establishments in Brisbane, and I was also an owner of one of Brisbane’s iconic venues, Mariosarti Restaurant in Toowong for more than 5 years. My career highlight includes the development of the first fine dining concept on the Wheel of Brisbane, and I have earned some of highest recognitions from the Australian Restaurant and Catering Industry and Italian hospitality and commerce association
